Integration Pilates Teacher Training 2025

 

The Integration Pilates Teacher Training Course for 2025 will be offered in modules so you can access the training areas you are looking for.  The entire course of modules will total the required 450 hours for recognition by the Pilates Method Alliance to be considered comprehensively certified.  Completion of all modules will prepare those who choose to write the PMA exam.  Classes take place in studio at Integration Pilates.  Modules A to C will run January to April on weekends.  Modules D to G will run September to November on weekends.  Class times will be: Saturdays 10:10am-6:10pm, and Sundays 9:30am-5:30pm.

 

 

Module A Fundamentals/Theory & Basic Anatomy

(This module is a prerequisite for all other modules)

1 Weekend (January 11-12)$400 

 

Module B Reformer

3 Weekends (Jan 25-26, Feb 22-23,  Mar 22-23)$2000 

 

Module C Mat

3 Weekends (Feb 8-9, Mar 8-9,  Apr 5-6)$1600 

 

Module D Advanced Reformer

1 Weekend (September 20-21)$400 

 

Module E Cadillac

2 Weekends (October 4-5, 18-19)$800 

 

Module F Chair

1 Weekend (Nov 1-2)$400 

 

Module G Advanced Anatomy

(Injuries & special conditions)

1 Weekend (Nov 22-23)$300 

 

Course can be taken as a whole or modules can be taken individually. 

After Modules A to C the student would be certified to teach Pilates reformer and mat classes

 

Cancellations after January 1, 2025 will be subject to a $250 registration fee
